It's a funny old world, issues go in and out of fashion which is said to be the disaster of man that he forgets (I like that one!). One thing that fits into this particular pattern is the use of raw foodstuffs, back in the day it was ALL we're able to do!! Yet now it is seems to be viewed as a brand new and healthy pattern.
